Over on Policy Note, Keith Reynolds has outlined some of the problems with the recent report on the Vancouver School Board prepared by the Comptroller-General. Like, for example, the fact that the comptroller was appointed as a "special advisor" to carry out this review, and was instructed not to consider any issues related to provincial government funding for education...
